Rental Policies
Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Temple of Austin
Community Hall Rental Policies (April 2026)
- Rent: Half Day $575 – 5 hours; Full Day $1000 – 10 hours.
- $150/hr for every extra hour beyond agreed rental.
- Includes: Hall, lighting, sound system, bride & groom rooms, tables and chairs.
- Cleaning Deposit: $200 (Refundable).
- Payment: Based on actual usage time.
- Event End: By 9 PM | Vacate: By 10 PM.
- Vacate immediately if required for next booking.
- Basic sound & lighting included (advanced use = extra charges).
Cancellation Policy
- 60 days prior: Full refund.
- 30 days prior: 50% refund.
- Less than 30 days: No refund.
General Rules
- Approved technician required for sound & lighting.
- No open flames without permission.
- Child supervision required (1 adult per 6 children).
- Only mounting putty allowed for decorations.
- No nails, tape, or damage to walls.
- Remove all decorations within rental time.
Liability & Responsibility
- Temple provides clean facility.
- Limited liability to refund if unusable.
- Renter responsible for guests and damages.
Cleaning & Setup
- Return facility in same condition.
- Clean: trash, floors, tables, chairs.
- Setup & takedown by renter.
Food & Supplies
- Bring your own supplies.
- Temple utensils allowed (must clean).
- Extra cleaning = extra charges.
- Only vegetarian food allowed.
- Separate & label private food.
